POP UP RESTRAUNT「Ichiju-Sansai Tokyo」
"Ichiju-Sansai Tokyo is a popup dinner event by Tokyo-based Australian food writer and cook Jessica Thompson.
Inspired by traditional Japanese dining framework of “one soup, three dishes”, the menu is five courses (one soup, three dishes, dessert) of seasonal Japanese flavours prepared in a mix of traditional and foreign styles, served with matched sake. Dishes are themed to the 72 microseasons of the old Japanese calendar, and made using all locally sourced ingredients.
Seating is a long-table banquet style, so friends and strangers can come together to eat, drink, meet new people, and relax to a soundtrack of jazz and soul records played by local DJ and producer GOUKI."
